I asked You today
what I would say,
if one where to ask about You;
So, I’ll keep what You told me
ready for all...
as they respond to You
and Your call...
It’s quite amazing, when you realize:
You can approach God, because Jesus died;
And, if I leave my way, to follow Him:
This is called: Being born again.
So, since God’s your Father, you now become heir;
Just like Jesus, to walk in absolute care.
Jesus was the first to become a son;
His Door is now opened for everyone...
so that they can walk in His very presence;
find favor; obtain mercy, for all their offences
These, then, are the facts: He paid for your Sin;
You’re no longer the same; You’re re-created in Him.
That “you” ,that walked around on this Earth,
no longer exists; He died at “new birth”.
From this time on, you walk totally free...
to follow the Son of His Ecstacy.
He left here His Will, for you to read;
so you’ll know what is yours
and that you’re born from His Seed.
At your first birth you were part of God’s creation;
But, that’s not who you are now;
He is in you and you are in Him;
In “Oneness”, He will show you how...
to live in His peace and security,
as He exposes His Heart...right there, at His knee.
He has only in mind, His blessings for you,
as His power’s released to walk you thru...
every opposition that challenges this,
while you freely decide to let His Life exist.
The only “work” is to enter His rest;
With Him being Lord, you are “up” for the test;
Not tested by Him; but, by opposition,
that tries to tell you: “This is not your condition.”
Your answer: “Go talk to my Father and we will see,
if you can stand, in His Love for me!”
The Lie then quickly runs away,
because he can’t stand the heat;
You and your Father watch and laugh;
enjoying every defeat...
that dared to touch His precious son;
Not allowed in the presence of The Holy One.
